March 2018

Schlüsselgasse 8, 8001 Zürich

This was my first time I went to the restaurant Veltliner Keller. This lovely place is not far away from the Paradeplatz in Zurich. The inside is covered in a lot of wood and it feels like sitting somewhere in the country side in South Tyrol (Italy). The waiters working here definitely know their business. They were friendly and very attentive. The main course was a veal

chop stuffed with ham and cheese. It was tasting like a cordon bleu. The outside was made of a fried egg. Along the meal they served a tasty risotto. The meat was very tender and yummy. They arranged the dishes in front of the customers. For many meals you get a second refill. You will not leave this lovely restaurant hungry. The prices are on the upper side, but quite reasonable if you consider the size of the meal.

Men's Toilet:

The toilet was small but very nice. The walls are made of wood and smelling like a Swiss stone pine.
